Is there any self-serve support content I can access?

Absolutely! For users who haven't registered for an account at https://support.housecanary.com we recommend that you do.

Visitors who come to the site have access to FAQs and other available resources. 

Registered users will have access to additional content, not available to visitors. Which includes but not limited to, knowledge base articles, technical resources, case history, and chat.
