Why do I not see any properties when I draw my Neighborhood?

When you draw your Neighborhood and do not see any properties appear, double-check the MLS information in your Account Settings.  This could mean either:

  1. The MLS is not supported by HouseCanary yet.  You can check the coverage here.
  2. You haven’t entered an MLS that covers the neighborhood
  3. MLS ID entered is incorrect
